He had a unique alility to say more in one paragraph than some more modern writers say in an entire book. He wrote during the late 1800's and early 1900's. He had tremendous insight to God's Word. If you want to know what Jesus was saying to the churches then and now; read this book. If you are looking for something written on a 7th grade level and will make you feel good; this is not it.
