Very informative! A must read!By BaconLoverHow often have we heard that "we all worship one God"; whether Christian; Jew; or Muslim? Maybe you have heard the rationale that we are climbing a mountain; but we seek a different route to the top (Heaven); therefore all religions are the same. But is that actually true? In "A Simple Crash Course on Islam: Are the Bible's God and Allah the Same"; author J.P. Sloane separates fact from fiction in this easy to understand book. My hope is that Church leaders will read this book because; as Dr. Sloane points out; the art of taqiyya (Jihad of deception) is promoting a newer replacement theology known as Chrislam. Unfortunately; this teaching; promoted in many mega churches today; rejects God's covenant with Jews; with Israel. This book is a study of what the Koran says about Islamic faith; including a glossary of Koranic Arabic. It's easier to have a conversation with everyone; including Christians and Muslims when you fully understand and distinguish between the Bible and Koran. This book has the tools to educate all of us. This is not a book bashing one religion over another; but rather to set truth apart from fiction. Is the Bible consistent in it's message? Is the Koran? He pushes forward in an area that many are afraid to braoch. Both the novice and the educated researcher stand to gain in reading. You can feel the research that went into this writing and to me thats important.
