This story is based on two family relics and numerous memories of the family members as well as analysis of historical events. My grandfather was an inventor and a businessman. He lived in a small country town at the end of the XIX beginning of the XX century. He was the head of the big family; father of thirteen children. He was repressed in the first years of the new Soviet regime and banished to the camp of "Gulag" where his remarkable life was interrupted. My father did not possess the academic and business qualities of his parent. He was a soldier; creation of a New Era; new system with its ideas deeply engraved in his mind. His rationale was to honestly serve this system to which he was extremely devoted until the end of his life.
