A History for the 21st CenturyBy Armand DerfnerA major addition to the many fine books about Jews in America; this book breaks new ground with relevant perspectives for the new 21st century. Going well beyond the stories of individuals; organizations; communities; fields of learning; etc.; this book places American Jews in the context of an America that is changing Jews as Jews change the country. We see how the past never goes away even as it and we move from era to era. Outstanding.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
