If you are looking for insight into the armageddon concept; its history; the common beliefs about an end of time among different faiths; and how belief in armageddon influences and steers politics and religions today; then I highly recommend it. If a book gives me new information or prompts new ideas or insights; then I think it is a good book. "Armageddon Now" did that for me. For example; this book made me realize that choosing the name "Israel" at the end of WWII for the new Jewish homeland has extremely strong implications for Zionism and armageddon.
