Authentic Christianity

ePub Authentic Christianity by Ray C. Stedman in History

Description

We live in times marked by much confusion and apprehension. In this landmark book; international scholar and author Vishal Mangalwadi offers a radical vision for the gospel's power to heal Western society. With insights drawn from real-life struggles against corruption and from years of study; he delves into the ideological roots of social oppression. Reform; he argues; is never without controversy. Yet reforming a culture's values is a necessary precursor to lasting liberation and hope.

Reality in Christ vs. Christianity without A FoundationBy Stephen SponslerHave about 5 pages left and book is 5 star relative to so much that is out there; but it might depend on where one is in their walk. This is not a HOW to book; but a WHY it is SO book...focusing on Reality. Stedman writes that the real Christian Life is characterized by: ! an unquenchable optimism; 2; unvarying success; unforgettable impact ; 4. unimpeachable integrity; and 5 undeniable reality. And by success this is not implying monetary success; the book focuses on Faith and repentance and at a few spots why Truth Be Told; it isn't being.
