I read their storiesBy Yesuaini99I came across a video on YouTube that promoted this book so I looked it up in and bought right away.As to the validity of various accounts of miracles in this book; I will not attempt to qualify or disqualify.As in the book of Joel; it is clearly stated that in the end times; God's children will be filled with the spirit; anointed with the spirit and signs and wonders will be everywhere.This is just but a sampling of the miracles outside of the Bible God wants to give us before Jesus's second coming.I am a charismatic Christian. I've always believed in the supernatural.If you believe in the forgiveness of sin; how could you not believe in the healing of physical body?It takes more faith to believe in the forgiveness of sin than believing the healing of the body. One is unseen; one is visible.Just some critiques to this book.The author took a good 1/3 of the book to give the background account of how these stories were collected. I feel the information could be better presented in that section.Then; the stories were presented; chapter by chapter; based on each individual account of the person giving the story. I had hoped that each of the healing incidents could be better indexed and high lighted so people can go back to read them with ease.I had to take time to write down on the side of the pages the miracles of each section and some of the information of the person who got healed. (how tall; name; condition of sickness; etc.)I thought that could be improved upon before the next print; hence the reason for the 4 stars.Every miracle in the book gets 5 stars; but I am reviewing the book not the miracles.Just wait and see; it's now 100 years after the Azusa street revival. While reading this book it took me on a personal journey of how the saints of old relived their past experiences at the one of the most talked about revival of all time. Tommy Welchel was very blessed to have been able to listen to the stories that the saints shared with him and how God moved mightily at this revival. I wished that I could have been in the same atmosphere of this Shekinah Glory . I would have settled for just being a flower on the wall just to be able have experienced this heavy Glory. To be in a glory that was so thick that you could move it with your leg and it would rap around your leg and actually look like a very heavy fog from a movie is totally unforgettable and the creative miracles that took place at this revival was off the charts..
