Typically I am not a reader; I initially bought the book in support of Casey; and from the first page I couldn't put it down. I finished the entire book in less than 2 days. It was beautifully written and was a fantastic story of a tragedy but was written about the heroism and the survivors and very little about the terrorists which is so refreshing to see something written not glorifying the terrorists. Must read book Cant wait until the movie comes out with Mark Wahlberg0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. It's the real dealBy Bre BrancoThis is a well written account of that fateful day in Massachusetts at the Boston marathon. My only regret is that the trial was not covered; maybe another book? The facts; and information fills in the big gaps we did not hear in the news or new programming. I have to admit; i'm so glad i wasn't there...just the grim scene alone was so factual and damned scary4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Very MovingBy TashaAlthough these events took place just under two years ago; it's easy to forget some of the details. This non-fiction account reads like a thriller and is hard to put down. Highly recommended.
