Parts of it were a little challenging to understand; but for the most part it was very interesting and an eye-opening experience! I am currently reading another book on Buddhism which is called Entering The Stream. It is very informative as well and more of that book is easier to comprehend. Learning more about this religion and culture has really changed the way I look at life now.
