It is meticulously researched; with copious notes. It presents a complex; interwoven set of events in a direct; balanced manner; warts and all. nothing is glossed over; nothing held back. Kudos to the author for an exceptional; well presented study. It goes a long way to understanding many decisions people made during and after the war which were previously difficult to explain.
