David Tittensor offers a groundbreaking new perspective on the Gülen movement; a Turkish Muslim educational activist network that emerged in the 1960s and has grown into a global empire with an estimated worth of $25 billion. THIS IS THE ONE TO GET; I THINKBy HOTSHOTThere seem to be MANY editions of Foxe's Book of Martyrs. But; so far; this is the only one I found up to date that has "the wood cut drawings" in it showing the original woodcuts as published by Foxe in the 1500's. I do LIKE the woodcuts...to SEE THE FLAMES...AND SEE THE EXPRESSION OF THE VICTIMS FACE....AND SEE THE ARTISTS CONCEPTION OF THE ATMOSPHERE....I CAN ALMOST SMELL THE FIRE BURNING!!! So; if you're as ghoulish (or curious) as I am....maybe get this edition. On the negative side; the English might be a bit "off" from the standpoint of modern language.
