Wealth of information--but not perfectBy ectasiaAccording to the publisher; they can take darn near any book every printed and run it through a computer system that "reads" the book; turns its pages and sends everything through the computer system to be printed; bound and published. This allows this publisher to provide copies of perhaps ever book ever written; but no human ever reviews what the computer "thinks" it sees printed in the original book---that results in numerous non-sense words; letters; phrases etc. So it's a two edge sword; but a special; century-out-print book; even with typos is invaluable...the 104th OVI was my GG Grandfather's unit during the Civil War; and even with a numerous typos; the book was priceless---the seller would be rated a 5 star---because of the inheritant typos; the book would be a 4 star.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Very poor qualityBy ClemAs one of the other reviewers said; this is barely readable. They shouldn't be charging money for this. Extremely disappointed. It is much worse than the preview shows. The only reason we have this is because one of my ancestors is mentioned in it. If it wasn't for that; I would be demanding my money back.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Poor copy of original publicationBy R. DillThis copy of the original was hardly readable; the print so faint and low contrast that is was difficult to read. I wrote the publisher but have had no response. I am disappointed.
