Although I'm reading his books out of order; I still have to say that the writing style is great and I love the way he gives the facts. No games; just the facts mam... I always liked him as a news commentator; who knew he possessed this wonderful trait. I've read 4 of his books so far and I have to say that I was really surprised; because I liked KILLING PATTON; then REAGAN the best. I felt I really walked away with some invaluable information. On to KILLING THE RISING SUN! 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. He's always telling me some tid-bit of information he's just learned. For a history buff; they are great.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Very well written.By Gayle A.this is my second time reading this book. Read it when it first came out. So well written. This is not a biography of Lincoln; but the last 12 days of his life. So much information; that we did not learn in school! Certainly keeps you interested!
