However; the text does not flow well. Perhaps it suffers from being translated from French into English? Note the odd spelling of "Mauritus" on the item description.There are detailed snippets of info on various aspects of Mauretian culture - the geographical location; the Portuguese; Dutch and then the French influence; the Dodo; then the various influential personages in Mauritius history but the coverage is very uneven throughout. The text also has a cut and paste feel and there are some paras and sections which appear to be in the wrong places.
