Conrad Waters is also the driving force behind the excellent Seaforth World Naval Review series which first appeared in 2010.Readers will be treated to a holistic view - covering strategic; operational; technical and even personnel issues in addition to overviews of significant fleets - by region - as well as overviews of major warship designs by type.This excellent reference book is highly recommended for enthusiasts as well as those in academics and serving naval personnel for a quick and easy to digest overview of naval developments since the 1990's.1 of 7 people found the following review helpful.
