It is astonishingly well researched and exposes the disturbing truth behind the glorious myth of the Kennedys. The story of Jacqueline's greed and the ruthlessness of her marriage to Onassis is fascinating. Onassis himself; who is the principal character under scrutiny; emerges as a highly complex genius at business and a psychopath. It was full of nasty innuendo and 'facts' taken from dubious sources--because the real life characters were such fascinating personages; it was quite depressing to find that everyone was involved in some kind of shady subterfuge ---Base instincts indeed! If you want to be rid of any illusions about Camelot--this is the book for you!
