It wasn't always clear and concise; but it did the job. Be aware that many of the chapters are over 30 pages long.As the rental went; I was somewhat concerned with how long it took to be checked back into the student database.Overall? A good buy!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Bad bookBy CustomerThe book cover is damaged; some pages were folded when I recieved it. I have to be extra careful when taking it to school.
