DonovinFinally a book about the outpost wars of 5253.Served in Baker 1-1;60 mortars.Nalty hit the nail on the head.Descriptions were spoton.Weather;bunkers;chow etc.I remember this so well:running yobo trains out to the OPs;riding shotgun for comm guys on rewiring jobs;lugging jerry cans of water in minus 0 degrees from streams in front of the MLR.If I were to write a book about this subject this would be my main reference.Found a copy of the book thru it wasnt easy.This annotated book is now in my book case. Semper Fiis now in my book case with notes on most pages.
