This is a must read book!By RasMs. Tate has done an impeccable job of decoding and exposing racism / white supremacy and how it is practiced in the most intimate settings. She shows us the insidious; calculating and all encompassing reach of racism / white supremacy and how it infects our understanding of relationships marriage. I stumbled across this book and it answered a lot of questions. It is a very relevant and constructive read. It not only talks about the secret relationships between White men and Black females; but gives insight into relationships in general between Black males and Black females and the need to empathize with one another in the system of White Supremacy. I highly recommend this book to nonwhite people who are curious about the detrimental effects that having sexual relationships with White people have on Black people's mind. A must read!!!
