These reforms were implemented in turbulent times; and Nika's smartness; instinct; team spirit; strength and enthusiasm contributed significantly to Georgia's transformation in 2004-2012. This book is not about economic theories. It's about real life and about real challenges which can only be addressed through a creative and adaptive mindset; strength of character; individual leadership and unconditional adherence to the virtues of economic liberty. The book can serve as the eye-opening experience for many reformers. The key message for such reformers; in my view; is this: WHERE THERE IS THE WILL; THERE IS THE WAY. If you genuinely want to transform your country; you stand a good chance to succeed. The key word in this phrase is GENUINELY.Dimitri Gvindadze (Minister of Finance of Georgia 2011-2012)
