KnottsPages 419 through 488 were not bound within the book; and pages 505 through 510 pages were inserted in their place; pages 505 and 510 were also bound in the book at their correct place. The material within the book is excellent; however; the missing pages requires me to read another source to determine what happened that was missing from the bound copy.6 of 7 people found the following review helpful. If you have an option get the hardcover edition.
