Authentically VERY relavent regarding today's African American events; culture and social issues. Dr. Asante helps you to easily see the bigger picture and longer perspective of Black America's global legacy. Most interesting is that it gives more clarity and insight about an African American "brand" which is still truly global --- not just confined to the US.
