Thirty-Two Learned Essays on the Rise of Early Christianity in its First Three CenturiesBy Johannes PlatonicusThis is the first volume in the colossal nine volume set entitled 'Cambridge History of Christianity.' Since its first publication in 2006; this history has remained a principal authority on the history of Christianity and it will continue to set the standard for many years to come. Comprised of 32 learned essays; all facets of early Christianity are covered with great detail and fluidity by the foremost scholars in their respective fields. Overall; this volume is a go-to-source for research on the rise of early Christianity and as such is highly recommended. It is further recommended that the entire set be purchased as well.
