I am 64 years old; and it has been almost 50 years since my last US history course. I am enjoying this textbook. It offers different visions of events in history; discussing various interpretations of events. It is understandable and moves along quickly. There are lots of pictures. The Kindle version does not contain an access code for the online content; and I purchased it at the Pearson website; as my course required it. I am happy I can carry the book on my Kindle. I am taking my course online and I appreciate being able to take the book anywhere.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. A little disappointedBy Thelma MooreThe only reason I gave this 3 stars is because some of the pages weren't cut correctly. Then they were folded into the book. The book was brand new; but I was still upset that they weren't cut perfectly.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Great valueBy RainyVery interesting and informative book. The book was gently used without any markings and the price was great; compared to the college bookstore.
